<p>In my numerous years of experience in the fitness industry I have come across a few timeless myths. 1 of those myths really gets me piping mad. <p>Diet patches are especially tricky. The manufacturers claim that they can suppress appetite and control metabolism when they&#8217;re worn on the skin a farfetched, if not ludicrous theory altogether. So ineffective and unsafe are diet patches that the FDA has already seized millions of these products from manufacturers and promoters.</p>
<p>Most diet patches claim to have no side effects because the chemicals used are all herbal. The FDA has banned more than a hundred ingredients once found in over-the-counter diet products and some diet patches might extremely well still contain them. Even if claims that diet patches use only natural herbal medicines, the question stills remains do these herbal medicines work? There have been no clinical studies that have proven they do. Manufacturers could simply be stealing people&#8217;s money. This is why the Federal Trade Commission and some state attorney generals are continuously filing instances against marketers of diet pills claiming to absorb or assist burn fat immediately.</p>
<p>The most dependable program for losing weight will usually involve tough work regular physical exercise, a healthy food intake, and a great night&#8217;s sleep. You can do these simple tricks without endangering your health or spending too a lot cash. Find an honest-to-goodness exercise and diet program and religiously follow it. Don&#8217;t be impatient it will usually take at least a month for outcomes to show. Diet patches would merely rob you of your tough earned money with out yielding any satisfactory results. Diet patches are already being investigated and considered by the government as bogus. Keep your money and treat yourself to a healthy salad instead you get to eat out, maintain your weight down, and protect your health.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s 11:30 AM. You have been up since 5 o&#8217;clock and the hunger meter is on high. &#8220;What to eat?&#8221; you believe to yourself.</p>
<p>You pore over the menu for the deli downstairs but nothing you are able to allow your self looks that good. Certain, you could go out for quick food but there&#8217;s a meeting coming up and you do not truly want to move your automobile and then need to find a new parking spot whenever you return.</p>
<p>So you determine not to go out. That leaves eating in.</p>
<p>You look at your choices, wishing you&#8217;d had the foresight to bring some thing from home. There&#8217;s the vending machine within the break room, filled with plastic-wrapped, rubber-textured sandwiches, bagels, muffins and Danish. Ugh, you maintain spinning the carousels, hoping that by some miracle, there will probably be a vegetable snack plate or something half-way decent. You narrow down your choices to a cup of noodle soup or a chicken breast sandwich.</p>
<p>Now you have an additional option: eat some thing to take the edge off or power via the minutes of temptation until you are sitting inside your meeting and eating is out of the question. After an hour of dreary, repetitive discussions, your hunger might have calmed down.</p>
<p>How you deal with it every day, depends on your mood. Often, if we can get through that 1 tempting half hour, we&#8217;re set for the afternoon and can effortlessly wait for our well-planned light dinner. On other days, you know inside your heart that if you don&#8217;t eat something, you will not be able to concentrate on your work because all you can consider is food although you try to conceal the embarrassment of a gurgling stomach.</p>
<p>On those days, take the chicken sandwich, remove the bun, and microwave the miniscule piece of chicken supplied. Then cut it into tiny pieces and eat slowly with a plastic knife and fork. If you can make the pea-sized pieces last for 15 or 20 minutes, you will really feel like you have actually eaten an whole meal and be on your method to a pleasant non-food-focused afternoon on a very limited caloric intake.</p>
<p>In the event you truly want to control your weight, you can do it anywhere.
